Overview

Kavatsite Beach is located south of Sozopol and is one of the most popular natural beaches on the Southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It lies in a long, peaceful bay surrounded by sand dunes and pine forests, creating a strong sense of space and connection with nature. The shoreline is wide, covered with fine golden sand, and the sea deepens gradually, making it suitable for both swimming and long seaside walks. Kavatsite is known for its more natural and unpretentious character, combining camping areas with some organized beach sections and small beach bars. It offers a balance between tranquility and a light summer vibrancy, especially during the peak season.
